As a part-time nurse with the Health and Medical Care Unit (HSE), you will work as needed and become an important part of our team responsible for health and medical care within the municipality's special accommodations and LSS operations in Upplands-Bro municipality.
The Health and Medical Care Unit (HSE) provides health and medical care in the municipality's special accommodations and within LSS throughout Upplands-Bro municipality. Employed in the health and medical care unit - two special accommodations and LSS operations where you can work.
The work is varied and involves supporting the care staff, making patient visits, documenting, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure safe and cohesive care. You work independently but always have support from colleagues and a team that values collaboration and quality. We are looking for someone who:
- Has a professional certificate as a nurse
- Has documented professional experience, preferably in municipal health and medical care
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Has the ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Has a B driver's license
